After a test run in 2017, the TDI Membership Committee’s regional liaison program is now in full-blown operation. The program divides the United States into five districts with the international communities forming a sixth district. A liaison has been named for each district, whose assignment it will be to maintain strong communications between that district’s communities and the International Secretariat. “The results of the test run confirmed our belief that the regional approach would serve communities better,” states Membership VP Beau Bruce. The regional liaisons are now available to help community leaders understand the services that TDI offers and to develop closer relationships with the communities in their region.
