This is an important notice concerning the conducting of upcoming weekends and other events in your community. You are receiving this email because you are listed as the leader of your community.  If you are no longer in that position, please forward this to your current leader and provide us with the current leader’s contact information. 

In December 2020, the Tres Dias International Secretariat, after much prayer and input, issued a statement that we would not support the conducting of any community weekends through the end of May 2021.  Much has changed and is continuing to change since that December meeting. Our focus has been and continues to be for the safety of our members, communities, and our ministry. 

At our June 5^th Secretariat meeting it was decided that communities using their state and local community COVID policies as a guide should be allowed to plan their weekends and other events as appropriate.

That said, we strongly encourage you to utilize the “Acknowledgement form” sent to you last summer (copied below).  We also recommend having a set of published guidelines of the specific precautions you will be implementing made available for review for those attending. The focus should be on providing for a safe environment.

We pray that God continues to Bless and strengthen you, your community, and the Tres Dias ministry.

 Acknowledgement Form

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, as with the seasonal flu and other transmittable diseases, is considered highly contagious and is known to spread mainly from person-to-person contact.  By participating in the Tres Dias Weekend, its related activities, and other Tres Dias gatherings, I agree that I have reviewed and agree to abide by the procedures established by ( insert Tres Dias Community Name) to protect attendees and participants, and I voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to, or infected by COVID-19, or any other contagious disease, either on the weekend or any other related activities.  I agree to assume all the risks of attendance and participation for myself and waive any liability against (insert Tres Dias Community Name) and any other involved parties.
