The International Secretariat voted to send the new finished rollo and meditation outlines to the communities for preview.

The Secretariat anticipates that they will call for a Proxy Vote at the Assembly in July.  The Proxy would be to approve the outlines as the official outlines for all of Tres Dias.  It will be necessary to make appropriate changes in The Essentials for any outlines with new names.  The approval will require a 2/3rds majority of the votes.

It is anticipated that there will be a period for conversion to the new outlines after they are accepted by Proxy Vote.  With local Tres Dias community approval, a rollista could use either the old or the new outline during that period.  The conversion period has not as yet been determined.  After the conversion period, the new finished outlines would become the official outlines of Tres Dias per "The Essentials of Tres Dias".

The new finished outlines of the rollos and meditations are the ones prepared by the Blue Ribbon Committee with input solicited from all communities.

The vote occurred at the meeting of the International Secretariat in Crockett, Texas (East Texas Tres Dias) on October 31, 2004.
