These are selected excerpts from the highlights form that was sent to every community. Thank you to all those who responded.

Communities Reporting:

Altoona/Johnstown Tres Dias – Contacts updated.

Abundant Life Tres Dias:  Contacts updated.

Central Florida – Fall weekends updated.  They are planning a TD school in September.

C.S.R.A. Tres Dias- They have completed weekend #7.  they are averaging 25 candidates per weekend and are scheduling 2  weekend each year – fall and spring.  They are proceeding in the chartering process.

Fairfield County Tres Dias-   We continue to expand our Outreach and Visitation initiatives presenting the Tres Dias program to new churches. We are beginning to reap fruits from the efforts as new and potential Candidates are identified.  They hel a TD scholl in May/

Updated weekends for fall 2007 and 2008.

Gulf Coast Tres Dias – We are excited about being a part of the TD International community. We are sorry that we do not have any delegates that will be attending the International meeting.  Hopefully in the future we will be able to attend. We thank you for your support and prayers.

Kyiv Ukraine Tres Dias- Please be advised that Kiev TD decided not to send any delegates to the Assembly this time (we do not have money for that at the moment) and to abstain from voting on the amendments to the Charter. We will do our best to get more involved in the International Secretariat's activities in the future but at this point we do not understand everthing very well so we don't want to interfere in a wrong way.

I would also like to draw International Secretariat's attention to a change in our community's Secretariat. As a result of rotation in fall 2006, I was elected the Chairperson instead of Gleb Kotvitsky and our English-speaking Corresponding Secretary Pavel Mitichev had been replaced with Oksana Sukhina..

Abundant blessings to you and all other brothers and sisters at the International.

London & Southeast England Tres Dias- Weekends updated

Mid-Carolinas Tres Dias – Two couples are coordinators for encouraging and starting group reunions with anyone who is interested in being in a reunion group. They are announced at monthly Sequelas and at Secretariat meetings.  Several new groups have started this year.

We have also started a mentorship program for upcoming rectors to guide them through the development experiences needed to be prepared to rector when they are invited to serve.

Leadership Training (per International format) was held on March 31, 2007.  There were 32 attendees.  Same training team conducted a Leadership Training on June 2 for a new community in Morehead City, NC on the coast.  This is a former Episcopal Cursillo community now wanting to function as a Tres Dias community.

Mid-Hudson Tres Dias  -  Our community has been very busy planning for the Assembly in July.

We are currently holding our weekends # 142.  We have gone back to serving meals family style and this allows for more bonding time for the candidates.

We held a Tres Dias School, labeled as a “Training Leaders Seminar” (to make it more palatable) on  January 20, 2007 and another is planned for October 20th.

Middle Tennessee Tres Dias- Spring Pescadore Training took on a different look this year.  In an effort to increase attendance we incorporated training into a Dinner Theater type evening.  The theme was “Tres Dias Comes to Walton’s Mountain.” If you ever watched “The Waltons” on TV, you will remember it was set in the 1930s.  Those who performed in the presentation represented members from the Walton family and dressed accordingly.  There were three (3) scenes, each scene representing different aspects of the Tres Dias experience.  After each scene, someone talked about various components of Tres Dias with emphasis on sponsorship.

MTTD paid for the meal. We had fried chicken, green beans, creamed potatoes/gravy, coleslaw, biscuits and sweetened tea.  Dessert was an assortment of pies made by ladies of our community.

The number of Pescadores to attend the dinner theater was 131, being up 100% from the fall training.

We video taped the play (training) so we could critique it.  A lot of people gave positive feed back; therefore, we will probably do something like this in the fall.

Tres Dias School to be held at end of July.

Montana Tres Dias – Updated their weekend dates.

Montego Bay Tres Dias –  Contact information  and weekends updated. They will be holding  MBTD #2 in November, MBTD #3 in May,  2008 and MBTD #4 in October of 2008.

North Georgia Tres Dias- Updated contact information.

Northern Illinois Tres Dias - We  just had a post weekend gathering for new pescadores to re-explain reunions groups... let them meet Lay-Directors and the Reunion group Chair on the board (of both our community and one immediately to the North (Abundant Life).

We sponsored the first Tres Dias in Costa Rica within the past year ... and also had a fair number of our community members go North to Minneapolis to help start a Tres Dias group there.

Northern New Jersey Tres Dias -  Weekends updated.  Planning a TD School- dates to be announced

Peru Tres Dias – Their first set of weekends were completed and they will be holding Weekends #2 in August.

Seoul (English Speaking) Tres Dias- We send appreciation to those communities who have held our community up in prayer during the 48th Men’s and 48th Women’s weekends held in April and the 13th Bi-cultural weekend held the first weekend in May.  The Lord’s presence was truly felt by all attendees and we are blessed to have 104 new Pescadores join our community.  Sadly, we have already had to say farewell to some of these new Pescadores and yes even some old, but are assured in our faith that they will go on to flower in other

communities across the world.

South Hudson Tres Dias -At monthly sequelas we collect donations that are used to offset the cost of future weekends.   This way more candidates can take advantage of a Tres Dias weekend without finances being one of the reasons why they will not attend.

Our Fourth Day committee is reaching out to new pescadores (those who have made a weekend in the past year) that we have not seen in awhile.  We are personally inviting them to come and join us at future secuelas.

We are trying VERY hard to cut down on mailing expenses and have personally contacted as many people as possible (all those we have phone numbers for) to get on our e-mail list to receive our newsletter that way.  We have gone from 240 mailings down to 60.  Of those who receive our newsletter by postal mail, we ask that they make a $10 yearly contribution to help defray costs.  Some of those 60 have gone beyond the suggested amount, others have not contributed.  Those who are not financially able to contribute, we understand, the others (those we have not heard from or seen at any Tres Dias functions) will come off our mailing list.

Tres Dias of Germany- Contact Information Updated.
